Display window system
Interaction with a member of Knights Van Hire staff will be between our display window system. Reducing the amount of person to person contact.

Allocated time slots
We have updated our booking system to allow up to 25 minutes for each hire to collect and drop-off your vehicle.

2 people maximum
When collecting or dropping off your vehicle, we are only permitting up to 2 people at a time. This reduces the amount of risk both our staff and to you.

Contact-free payment
All payments will be taken over the phone ahead of collection to reduce the contact with our card machines.

Cleaned & disinfected
All our vehicles are professionally cleaned and fully disinfected - everytime. So you don't have to worry about who used the vehicle before you.

Pre-arrival check sheet
This Knights Promise is important to us. That is why we will email you a check sheet before collecting your van so you know exactly what to expect.

Arrival messaging service
We will be in contact with you every step of the way, even before your arrival to reduce the risk of overlap with other customers whilst on site.

Anti-bacterial wipes
Wipes will be provided to all incoming and outgoing rentals whilst on the Knights Van Hire site to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and assurance.

Because why not? You can never have too many pens. With every hire, we will provide you a brand new pen.
